Masood Ali is the Founder and Speaker of Empowering All and currently serves as Director of Customer Services & Regional Operations at Dhiraagu. He has been honoured with the “3 November Medal” and the “Maldives National Award” in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the Maldivian media industry. 

A former TV talk show host with over two decades of experience, Masood engaged diverse audiences, led national conversations, and interviewed prominent figures. Guided by the mission “To inspire individuals to lift themselves up,” 

Masood focuses on empowering people to succeed in life, strengthening leadership influence, and advancing customer service excellence. Since 2002, he has delivered impactful seminars and training programs across the Maldives, leaving a lasting impression on thousands. 

He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK, along with multiple certifications in leadership, customer service, happiness, and personal development.
