Reema Rasheed is a seasoned internal audit professional with over 17 years of experience spanning the public, private, and hospitality sectors in the Maldives. She currently serves as the Chairperson of the State Internal Audit Committee (SIAC) and as an Executive Committee Member of the Internal Audit Association of the Maldives (IAA Maldives), contributing to the advancement of governance, institutional effectiveness, and internal audit excellence nationwide. 

Beyond her internal audit leadership, Reema is a Mindset Coach, Certified NLP Master Practitioner, and Professional Speaker, dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to take purposeful steps from where they are to where they aspire to be. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Maldives Professional Speakers Association (MPSA), supporting the development of a thriving community of speakers and thought leaders. 

In recognition of her impactful career and leadership, Reema was honored with the GOLD Award for Career Leadership in Auditing at the Professional & Career Women Awards 2024 by Women in Management (WIM Maldives).
