CA Maldives successfully concluded the Annual General Meeting 2021.
Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives has successfully concluded the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the year 2021 on 14th June 2022. The event was held virtually through ‘Zoom’ and attended by 65 members of the Institute and 7 guest invitees.
During the meeting, members of CA Maldives approved the annual report and audited financial statement for the year 2021 and the appointment of AIX Associates LLP as the Auditors of the Institute for the year 2022. In addition, the president of CA Maldives, Mr. Hussain Niyazy, along with the council members answered questions from the members and shared the activities that are planned for the year 2022.
Mr. Hussain Niyazy also presented the closing remarks and thanked the many stakeholders for their continuous support and contributions to CA Maldives.
