On 17^th August 2025, CA Maldives and Bank of Maldives (BML) entered into a partnership and signed a MoU. As part of this collaboration, all eligible BML employees have joined CA Maldives as members, with BML covering their annual membership fees. Moreover, this strategic partnership will strengthen the accounting and auditing profession in the Maldives and better serve the shared interests of both CA Maldives and BML.

The purpose of the partnership is to strengthen the accounting and auditing profession in the Maldives and enhancing professional standards in finance through knowledge-sharing, regulatory development, and capacity building.

BML CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef emphasized the importance of this partnership, stating it marks a significant step toward building capacity of the banking sector of the Maldives.
