The 17th Annual Meeting of the Asian-Oceania Standard Setters Group (AOSSG), hosted by CA Maldives, officially commenced today at Villa Nautica.

Over the next two days, more than 40 leading experts from accounting standard-setting bodies across the globe will convene to exchange insights, strengthen collaboration, and advance the future of high-quality global financial reporting.

Welcoming the delegates, CA Maldives emphasized the importance of fostering dialogue and cooperation among international peers to ensure robust and transparent reporting standards. The gathering is expected to deliver impactful discussions and meaningful outcomes that will contribute to the continued evolution of global accounting practices.
