With nearly two decades of experience spanning internal audit, governance, advisory, and leadership, Reema Rasheed currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Solarelle Insurance Pvt. Ltd.

Her professional journey includes serving as Chairperson of the State Internal Audit Committee and contributing to the development of the internal audit profession as an Executive Committee Member of the Internal Audit Association of the Maldives.

Beyond her corporate roles, Reema is a keynote speaker passionate about exploring the human side of leadership.
