Mr. Adam Naseer is a Joh C Maxwell Certified Coach, Trainer & Speaker, and a Master Facilitator, and a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programing and Timeline Therapy. Currently Mr. Adam serves as the General Manager of Leadership & Organization Development, at Maldives Airports Company Limited. He brings more than 20 years of community leadership and corporate experience including executive and leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Development, as well as Teaching & Instructional leadership in a variety of entities both public and private sector. Mr. Adam is a teacher at heart, he has delivered several workshops, seminars, keynote speeches, and coaching, on Leadership development, Human Capital Management and Strategy. He also lectures MBA classes. Mr. Adam holds MSc in Educational Management & Leadership and Master of Business Administration (International Business).
