Ms. Hawwa Fajuwa is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Public Finance Accountant, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Maldives Pension Administration Office. With a career spanning both the private and public sectors, Ms. Fajuwa has held key roles, including Chief Public Accountant at the Ministry of Finance. She brings over a decade of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant and a licensed auditor in the Maldives. She holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Applied Accounting, complemented by her professional certification from ACCA, UK. She is recognised as a Fellow Member of ACCA (UK), a Member of CIPFA (UK), a Member of CPA (Australia), and a Fellow Member of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives.

Mr. Abdul Wahhab is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives. With over 20 years of experience in external auditing, internal auditing and corporate reporting, Mr. Abdul brings a wealth of knowledge and skills. He is the Senior Partner at AccruPlus L.L.P.

Mr. Mohamed Zaid is currently working as Accounting Manager at Hummingbird Travel. Mr. Zaid has previously worked in EY in London and Muduvaali in Maldives. He is a member of ICAEW ACA and hold a BSc Hons degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bath, UK.

Mr. Muthukrishnan Rengaraj is a Partner at Ernst & Young. He has over 30 years of public accounting experience. He has been resident in the Maldives since 1997 and has been the engagement partner carrying out audit, tax, and business advisory engagements for several international and Maldivian clients. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Maldives (CA Maldives), Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Mr. Hassan Mohamed is currently working as the Senior Accountant at Maldives Airport Company Limited (MACL), where he focuses on financial reporting across diverse sectors, including aviation, fuel, cargo, and commercial services. Prior to joining MACL, he spent over five years at Prudent Chartered LLP, specializing in tax, accounting, and auditing services, with significant expertise in conducting both external and internal audits for various scales of businesses, including SOEs. His professional journey also includes roles as a tax auditor at the Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) and as a credit controller at Medianet Pvt Ltd. As a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Mr. Hassan brings over nine years of valuable experience to the accounting profession.

Mr. Mohamed Shifau Ibrahim has over 13 Years of experience in Finance. He currently works in the Ministry of Finance as the Deputy Accountant General. Mr. Shifau holds a Bachelor of Commerce (in Accounting and Management), an ACCA Fellow Membership, an MBA in International Finance, and a Master of Admin (Business Strategy). He has worked in various finance roles in both the private and public sectors. His senior Positions included CFO of Hulhumale Hospital, Finance Manager of Dhiraagu PLC and Head of the Reporting team of STO Plc.

Ms. Aishath Shizna has over 15 years experience in the Finance and Insurance industry, with experience on executive leadership roles, including Board Director of Housing Development Finance Corporation Plc (HDFC) and Financial Controller of Allied Insurance Company of the Maldives Pvt Ltd. She has also served as a member of Technical and standards committee of CA Maldives. Ms. Shizna is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (FCCA) and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives (FCA). She also holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of West of England and Certificate of Malaysian Insurance Institute.
