Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Maldives successfully concluded its Sixth Annual General Meeting for the year 2025.
The meeting, held on 13 June 2026, was attended by 120 members (including members represented by proxy), marking an important occasion for engagement and reflection on the Institute’s journey over the past year.
During the meeting, members approved the Institute’s Annual Report for the year ended 31st December 2025 and the appointment of OditStandard LLP as the auditors for the year 2026, at a remuneration of MVR 30,000.
President of the Institute, Mr. Mohamed Haleem Abdulla, addressed the members with reflections on the past year and the Institute’s continued progress.
Alongside Council members, the President also engaged directly with the participants, responding to queries and providing insights into the Institute’s plans for 2026.
In his closing remarks, President, Mr. Haleem expressed his appreciation to the members for their continued trust and support, and extended his thanks to all stakeholders who have contributed to the Institute’s journey.
