Currently with LUX* Resorts and Hotels, he specializes in HR strategy, customer experience, service quality, change management, and employee engagement. 

A Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with the John Maxwell Team, he has spoken at major HR summits and conferences worldwide, including in Dubai, Hong Kong, the UK, USA, Singapore, and the Maldives. 

Recognized globally, he received the Global Training and Development Leadership Award (2016 & 2017) and was named among the 100 Most Influential Global HR Professionals by the World HRD Congress. A Harvard Business School Executive Education graduate, he is also the Founding President of the Maldives Association for Human Resource Professionals.
