Uz. Mohamed Fizan is a Maldivian commercial lawyer and the Managing Partner of Fizan & Partners LLP, with over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors. He holds an Honours degree in Law from Bond University, Australia, and was admitted to the Maldivian Bar in 2005.

His areas of expertise include commercial law, tourism investment, resort acquisitions, banking and finance, and project financing. He has served as a private-sector representative on the Board of the Capital Market Development Authority (CMDA) and previously served on the Board of the Maldives Pension Administration Office, where he chaired the Investment Committee.
