Mr. Awais Yasin is Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is Honorary Treasurer and Chair of the Institute’s CPD Committee. He has done LLB from Punjab University Law College, Lahore and Certified Director from LUMS. Mr. Awais is currently working as Company Secretary of Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO). He is also Director of LESCO Employees Housing Foundation and member of governing Board of Al-Mustafa Welfare Hospital.

He has diversified experience of more than 15 years in Finance, Corporate Law & Secretariat Practices. He has served as Company Secretary and Head of Legal Department in different renowned listed and public sector companies. He remained as a part of the strategic decision-making teams of the Management and Board of Directors (BoD). He has compiled a book on Company Law for the students of ICAP, ICMA and MBA etc.
